Heat Press

Vinyl Cut

Vinyl cut is as durable as screen printing and has the same look and feel. This process is perfect for lettering, numbers or patterns. Some designs may need to be recreated and there may be a design fee associated. Some fabrics are not suitable for this method due to their low heat tolerance. Our colour range of vinyl’s are suitable for most fabrics i.e. cotton, polyester, Lycra & Nylon. They are highly durable and ideal for stretchy material.

Digital Printing

This type of printing is designed for mostly solid shapes that have several colours. This process is excellent for printing bold, eye-catching images or photo’s. Some fabrics are not suitable for this method due to their low heat tolerance. Artwork should be Medium to High resolution & we prefer to work with EPS, PDF, AI or Hi Res JPEG with a transparent background. Some files may need to be recreated and there may be a design fee associated.

Embroidery

Embroidery is a great way to add a smart look to your work attire, whether it is jackets, polo’s, dress shirts or sweatshirts. A Perfect solution for hard wearing products, will not fade with frequent washing. We can do small or large quantities.
All artwork provided needs to go through an additional process called digitizing. This process takes the artwork from a format for the computer and turns it into a file that the embroidery machine can read and then use as instruction for the stitching.
We can work with the following files: EPS, PDF, AI, JPEG. Just about all artwork formats are workable, but some are better than others. Some formats will need to be recreated and there may be a design fee associated.
